CRedit controller

My typical day at SGX is busy but I am around people who have the same goals, we are like a family as I sit in a open office. There is lots of laughs and work does get done. We manage to multiple task and I have excellent relationships with my co workers. Most challenging aspect of my job is when the sales reps are unable to get the customers to do reversal on time and the issues just age on the books. I love speaking to my customers as some of them have become my friends.

Pros: At this stage there is no promotions in the company and I have completed my Credit maangement 4
Cons: Our working hours is excellent. we start at 7:30 am and finish at 4pm ( Monday - Friday)

Learning curve

My duties entail: -Capturing CHEP&recncilling it for 1hour. -Responding to email queries from transporters, principals and other depots. -Checking returns from trade then passing relevant credits. -Physically receiving stock and entering on system -Updating uplitfment spreadsheet for the days returns and calling for collection there of. -Stock takes and relevant adjustments. -Arranging for damages and short dated stock to be unplanned out and collected by relevant parties. -Capturing Pod sending reports for outstanding ones. -Giving breakdown for transport billing. -Dealing with backdoor issues -Closing off sites at month end. We work as a team and the most challenging part is month end when all have to be done on time.

Quick Learner

With every given opportunity, I display great commitment, determination, and loyalty. I am very flexible and can adapt to change whether it is a new environment, different circumstances or new people and with every change that arises I see a challenge that I am willing to embrace. Planning and being organized is very important to me, as I prefer to avoid any losses made by spontaneous decision-making

Excellent learning curve

i have learn alot from my company mostly about customers and about my co workers that as a team you can do anything for your your company to grow further what i enjoy most is that One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people

Excellent experience

I have learnt a lot in warehouse and Distribution. An opportunity to use the information acquired at tertial level, as an internal audit student. Cultural deviation, building future management's leaders. Enough room for learning but limited growth
