Foundation for my learning

Typical work day? I have my daily task's of checking firewall logs, ensuring network performance, daily reporting on business productivity, assisting my support staff for any escalated tickets. Managing relationships with SLA clients/Service providers As any experienced IT professional will tell you is that there isn't a typical day, there comes days when you will be faced with new challenges and will have to adapt to the situation to get a solution. Being calm and level headed is one of my greatest strengths in helping me achieve solutions to any challenge My relationship with my co-workers is great, we always interacting and maintaining a great relationship. As a senior i monitor their productivity and always motivate them to learn more so their knowledge expands What i enjoy the most is that i am able to learn and give support to various channels of IT, my job allows me to learn continuously which is always improving me

Pros: Senior level, report to directors
Cons: No growth, not exposed to the typical platforms of businesses like (Active directory, Exchange ..)

Beautiful working conditions

Working for Shackleton reminded me of my old company that I used to work for, I feel very happy and its like my second home I wake up very happy knowing I am going to an environment that makes me a better person and allows me to show my strength. I have a very good relationship with all my colleagues and we respect each other because we communicate better. I enjoy that it allows me to be myself and I can interact with anyone even top management, like my Managing Director and the CEO.
