Good day, please take note my attached CV. I am a hardworking male who is always eager to learn more, advance my skills and experience and also share my wide scope of knowledge, skills and experience acquired over time. I am a team player, have excellent interpersonal, communication, computer and time management skills and work daily to manage the ingoing and outgoing of stock, requisitions, admin and other related duties.. I meet all the required credentials.

Pros: work mostly with people. Inside the company and outside, including all suppliers and clients.
Cons: Long working hours and pressure

Daily safety meeting with employees and what is expected from the team as per schedule. Couching and training on the job / playing team player among the crew. I have learn to communicate and participate to the work that must be done on the schedule and be timorously. Attend the safety meetings and progress meeting with management. I have challenges where the teams are not performing as per schedule and work under pressure

Pros: Looking for new challenges and greener pastures and work with delightful team players to make success of the company
Cons: I have the ego to work long hours to make sure my work is up front and ahead of schedule

Every new project has its own learning curves its how you adapt and manage

A typical day will consist of a planning section according to the months planning set out from the contract and finances documents.These meetings will be held daily ,weekly,and monthly.Listen to the work force and guide them in the correct thinking -YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR PEOPLE ARE -if your workers are willing to move the impossible for you then you are on the right track The most satisfying aspect is when you have a project that is on time ,within budget and do not have a large turnover of employees and have a 100% safety record - There is only one way and that is the right way Most challenges to any projects are deliverable s in all aspects -time line delivery of material and quality of the suppliers products I am a person that can adapt to the the working environment and able to communicate to any difficult clients

Pros: Doing interesting projects and meeting new people
Cons: In our industry there can be no cons

Im used to work away from home and have completed lots of different projects successfully.

I plan crane movement's and ensure all critical lifts is covered by a lift plan. I ensure good time keeping of all workers and ensure good morale is kept. Im used to work long hours and that good quality of work is set out. Inspection of all tools and equipment is up to date and ensure a hi level of safety is practice at all times. I enjoy working with people and to learn more about my craft. I can work under pressure and according to procedure and company standards.

Pros: Team player. Good time keeping. Ensure good quality job. Inspecting all tools and equipment before and after jobs. Ensuring client standards is met at all times. Ensuring work place is safe to work. Ensuring hi standards of work at al times. Doing the job right the first time. Motivate fellow workers. Ensuring good time keeping. Positive friendly attitude.
Cons: Not going to church enough.

Started at shaft sinkers as constructoin miner and worked my way up to shift supervisor

Arive before the co-workers and plan the day I treat people with respect and urn my respect learnt to work with people and can do every thing better than other to make sure it is up to standard or better To make sure every person working under me are safe and done his or her job for the day Safe To win the people trust and respect to preduce and work safe

Pros: Busy with m/o ticket
Cons: If must but like to do the job on sceddule and time

Massive learning phase

had a great relationship with all my co workers and even the management team working enviroment was tough but enjoyable because we always achieved our targets. we got to expand our working experinces due to the different requirements of the job. management was very hands on with us and together we achieved our goals and even went over the required production expected by us

Pros: i achieved a promtion in 3 months and the bonus was uncapped depending on performace
Cons: 12 hours a day and worked call outs

I am a qualified fitter do daily checks on equipment as per regulation and standards. I can work with anyone i respect my fellow workers. During the past years i gained knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, different tipes of drives, belt driven, chain drive, coupling drives, conveyer belts , Trackless machinery . The enjoyment when you repair anything and was a success. Enjoy new challenges

Excellent learning to have patients.

Boilermaker with 38 years experience. Olifantsfontein trade test. Experience in Equipper, maintenance, Modification of sinking stage and equipping, jigging, conveyorbelts, assembling and erection of headgear, fabrication and installation of hp pipes, G6 welder, application of stick, jig and CO2 welding, construction underground and surface, reading and knowledge of construction drawings ect.

Pros: Challenging
Cons: Long working hours. 12 hour shifts
