> The current job build my negotiations skills. > Problem solving skills > Co-workers bring an exciting experience in the workplace > working hours are sometimes straining. > Hearing different problems from debtors and assist to bring up a solution. > The work environment is clean. > Everyone focus on their duties when it's time to work individual, so that we can deliver what is required. > The yearly review it is productive to the monthly salary according to our production. > I'm pleased with the team leader, I'm reporting to. As she does give guidelines when reaching to a difficult turningpoint in solving whatever difficulty we encounter with debtors. It's a form of escalating the issue. > We sometimes lack accounts and pressure it is put on our shoulder for no purpose if I may indicate in that case.

To learn more about the business and its clients

To have more insight on the running of the business and its clients needs . I would also like to work for a company that assist its employeesto further their education so that they can grow in the business to be team leaders and even managers. I would like to work day shift ,I would like to work day shift which is convenient for a single parent. I generally work well in a team and I get along very well with colleagues.

Pros: To grow academically in the company

Team player

Am team player, I am a 2ic in team 2ic means second in charge, I have learned many things since I started working at Ssda how you treat your customers, how to negotiate and how to handle a debtor when it gives you problems, I enjoy making money for the company because I also benefit hence why I always work extra hours to ensure that I give the 110% in the job, so the most challenging thing I have faced is loading debit orders mostly because most of the debtors prefer to pay direct but some of them I convince them to do Debit orders, by the challenge that am having is to reach my weekly debit order target, but than I reach my collection target through my hard work.

Pros: Load ptp's, reach my daily stats, reach my collection target and capture data on the system make sure that debtors are on the right track.
Cons: 8 hours a day

For learning and experience its oka

All l can say is it's okay to avoid being unemployed ..no increment only for management so if u don't reach your target there's nothing .you will be earning that basic for the whole time you working here even if u a top collector the basixdoes not go up

Pros: Good for experience
Cons: Low salary

Excellent working environment

I matriculated in 2001, 2006 I obtained call center certificate same year got job at nedbank as personal loans consultant in 2008 moved to direct channel as debts collection agents for two years got promoted to be team leader for two years in 2013 got promoted to the resolutions department as administration agent to handle all aspects of edcon as my client 2015 I resigned going back to school , went to westcol College where I obtained certificate of sports administration and I'm finishing my N6 in business management at South West gauteng college at roodepoort campus

Pros: Great for promotion when you work hard and willing to learn
Cons: Normally working hours

Fast learner

Willing to work with or without supervision. Team worker. Punctuality is my priority and also looking forward to learn at all time. Always in a mood to support and learn and meet new challenges and always strategizing on how to tackle obstacles

My work

It is great, I Regards to the environment, but hactic at times too demanding, we only have one HR department for 5 Call center companies and my primary respobility is recruiting which i am solely responsible for, from screening of cvs to selections hiring the right candidates. I am also responsible for IR and the HC inbox. I enjoy a challenge cause obviously that is when we learn. During the lockdown we had only 500 plus employees working and I was solely responsible for the HR department while working from home and of course having to visit the office whenever we had disciplinary enquiries.

Pros: It is a good place to grow and learn
Cons: Great working environment and the working hours are good

Good learning experiences

Working at shapiro shaik defries and associates has been amazing,l got to understand the call centre industry better and how important it us to work as a team and also listening to team leaders. Being on time at work and putting more effort to everything l was told to do in order to achieve or reach the target we wanted for that day,week,or month.lnteracting with customers at first it was very hard for me because l had to deal with different people with different situations, most of them were very difficult especially when you want to confirk their person details
