Excellent learning curve

ive learn a lot how to merchandise products also we so recieve stock and filling at the back answering telephone .custome service we so that because we must help them when they buy and want to match colours of their choices .its actualy lovely to assist customers so that they can come again the next time because we give them good customer service .its actualy nice to work with my colleages we sometimes go to other stores if the customer really wants the product we work as a team as one family especially our manager makes sure that we feel comfortable working there and enjoy workibg there .we do a lot the we are one happy family that what i enjoy the most to be yourself.when our manager see poat in other branches she also taljs lettibg ua know that guys theres a post somewhere who wants to apply and try maybe you might be lucky that how qe learn abd we learn in the store cz we do training for us to kbow everything when we get to other storea we know what is what,we wont struggle when ita comes to challenges.

Good environment to work in

Most of the thing i like about my previous job is was meeting different people every day nd learning different cultures about different people ..i love to socialise and learning different things everyday ..when it come to the ci worker s i like honest people that open and that believe in me and them self ...hard working showing intrested hungry for more willing ...because im a type of person that willing to learn more each and everyday to reach my goals and to make a difference in others ....the most challenging is where you request the stock for coming event that you know you gona make it happen ..then you find that the stock doesnt reach on time and customers want that stock and you end up having a miss opportunities.

Pros: No room fo me to progress
Cons: Long working hours

Good working enviroment

senior managers are supportive .and there's always a learner curve and a opportunity to learn new things.good environment and friendly staff.customer service industry has its challenges but you get to meet new people and socialize on a daily basis AND putting a smile on our customers

Fast leaner

working with mr price roup was nice,,with my co workers we were like a family,a team work.i learn so much about working together,and compromising is the best the best keys to succed a companies goals.with team work you can make a company worthly.i enjoyed to be at work every day because I felt at home.and I loved my job so much

Excellent learning curve

It is very amazing to work at my company,i come across different people and i am able to leave a smile on their faces everyday On a typical work day i am still able to communicate with the customers without letting anything affect my job as a cashier and store associate leaving a customer satisfied by my good customer service I have a good relationship with my co-workes and we make the best team as we strive to do our best everyday I have learnt that the customer is always right and i should do my best everyday to keep the customers happy I mostly enjoy assisting customers When i come across customers that do not want to be assistef

Training is provided

For now everything is good ..love the team that i am working with but unfortunately there are no promotions ..but i have learnt how to run the store on my own and also how to manage the staff like how to deal with their differences and solve conflict,learnt how to deal with hard customers and managing stock loss and push customer service very well.

Pros: Great opportunities
Cons: 8 hours a day
