Great Experiences with different personalities. Good teamwork and chemistry.
It is really great working at my current job. Although I won’t be returning until next year March, the hours are flexible and we always find the perfect schedule as I only have to work 3 hours a day(although I always work more than those two hours required). My relationship is great with everyone. I look up to a lot of people and I try to learn as much as I can, when I can. I enjoy mostly working with the different personalities everybody exhibits and coming together to solve small problems in search of a solution for the long term goal. The most challenging aspects souls probably have to be the different personalities. But that’s where the fun is, so I believe I revel in that regard.
Pros: Gaining a lot of experience. Flexible schedule. Great working environment and great personalities.
Cons: None.

Time is never enough
A daunting work environment where supervisor does not take action against wrong doers because of favouritism. Complaints never get to be attended n matter what , it's like you set up to fail

It's a great place to learn but salary wise, they very stingy.. You hardly get a raise. They will make you feel worthless, like you need them more than they need you

Always putting my best hardwork in everything i do no matter who asked me to do it
I have worked in the sales department for more than 3 years, i worked at Massmart as a sales analyst for 2 years and have been at shesha as a Sales Administrator for 15 months. At Massmart i used SAP to run reports and run tax invoices for clients. I analyse sales numbers at Shesha for 9 stores on a daily basis and run reports to present my final findings(i.e increase in sales or decrease). Based on my day to day work i use a lot of excel so my excel skills are very high. I enjoy working with numbers as i have a degree in Economics and Econometrics. The most challenging thing on my job is presenting decreases on sales.
Pros: learning more and explore more of the sales industry
Cons: i enjoy working with numbers so i dont have cons in this industry

Indeed it was an excellent learning opportunity and a eye opener
I will not bad mouth my employer but I feel like our management continuously failed us. Reason I say this we weren't getting our minimum rate as a South African employee. Secondly I'm thankful for the various work we had as it taught us a lot, but at the same time we weren't remunerated for the work. I mean as an employee I'd love to be appreciated for the extra mile I go. Despise that Shesha was great. My colleagues made it feel like home and that kept everyone of us going. My day at work get there at 08:45 wipe the shelves complete stock count, help customers and the most spontaneous thing we do is stand together at the door at talk for hours.
Pros: I was exposed to a lot of opportunities and I learned a lot.
Cons: Management and super long hours
