Good environment

it was a good experience to work at shield even though at first it was hard but the people i worked with were very helpful and they made me enjoy my job.the most challenging aspect was when we dont get overtimes because the salary was much better when we had over times at work.i learnt to accept teverything at my work place and do the best at work.

Pros: getting more experience about new things
Cons: knocking off at the same time as during the week even on weekends
