Excellent good team player
I thank this compay to gave me a opportunity to be in their big family. I love working with my team players because together we strive for success. I remember one our manager went off and the was a massive tagert to reach, we sit down n draft a plan of the day and how we will be successful yes our plan went pletty well, we reach the target more than our past days. This gave be a view that we hold our hands together and come with different views we can go far more our target. I enjoy making friends with our customers, it make it easy for them and for me to help each other. I also love to do ADMIN, Merchandising and Organize things to be in place. I love my team workers and our manager she also groom us to be better people, playing a motherhood to us. One thing I know that she is proud to have as we are.

Excellent job to learn deal with customers face to face
I'm very friendly to my co workers and I take responsibility for my action. We very bond team,I can work under pressure,what I like to work here helping customer opening accounts and do admin. The typical day when ucaught someone stilling it's shocking to see that,I've learn to do admin and how you deal with customers. The last party you need to smile every customer walk pass you because we dealing with customers face to face

Hard working and passionate about what workers are all about
Good in customer service and making sure that the environment that I'm working in is suitable for client/customers. Hard working, capable of handling customers complaint and making sure that the client is satisfied with the service.

Good opportunity to study further and achieve
this has been the most learning curve for me as I was from the university and had to start somewher in life, The companu invested in me so much that i became something that i wanted in life.
Pros: a hardworker and dedicated individual get to be promoted and receive incetives for a job well done monthly
Cons: there are no holidays except the annual leave, there is always extended working hours especially towards festive season or any changing season where we will have to change stock and box it accordingly to make space for new stock

A good monitoring achieved
i work different hours a week and i also work the weekends then i get two days off a week. i have learn how to treat customers in he work place and we work as a team we always help each other as a team. i enjoy working with my colleagues and my management is always nice to me because i respect them, i do as i told and finish any given task in time.

Shoe City is one of the biggest company working there is nice management is good although sometimes working with customers is hard and tiring you find different types of customers some are nice some are very hard but then it's good...although it's still a retail shop and one would wish to get a job they have a qualification for.. like myself I want to be a financial accountant or anything in finance
