Excellent training, Very insightful and educational.

All in all it was a great company to work for. Providing new opportunities around every corner and it provided me with a stronger work ethic. Shoe Empire allows you to grow professionally and personally. There's never nothing to do in store, between cleaning, merchandising, scheduling staff, sending and receiving new stock, keeping your customers smiling and general trading there's never a dull moment. Shoe Empire employees put their customers first and management does their utmost to keep their staff happy in order to have happy customers. Shoe Empire is awesome.

FIELD WAS COMPETITIVE

MY RELATIONSHIP WITH COLLEAGUES WAS EXCELLENT, WE WERE LIKE A FAMILY,AND WE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WE WORKED AS A TEAM, GOOD COMMUNICATING, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, SHARING EVERYTHING, JOB ON ITS OWN WAS INTERESTING WHEREBY WE MET DIFFERENT PEOPLE SOME ARE DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE TO COME WITH A WAY FORWARD ON HOW TO CALM THEM DOWN OR GIVE A BEST PRODUCTS THEIR LOOKING FOR.
