Exellent learning curve

I enjoy working and communicating with people at different levels. I work at a very minimal supervision as my line manager is in Cape Town and I am in Pretoria. My day starts with an early morning talk /training when I am visiting stores. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers and subordinates. The challenge about my job is when I have to open a new store and there is no enough stock, especially if the store opening was announced at a short notice

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion though the structure is very flat
Cons: Excessive traveling
