New challenges

Working in retail has had its ups and downs but I've learnt a lot in all the years I have been in retail.To be able to work with alot of different types of people and how to deal with a lot of difference be issues in new ways.Facing challenges with in retail would have to being able to achieve store targets on days where foot traffic is at a low,coming up with new ideas and having staff to involve themselves in these activities allows each person to feel included in the task at work creating a trust and bonding to take place.The best part of my day would be when assisting a customer and having them leave the store with a smile on their face and knowing that they are happy with not just the service of the store and staff but having gotten what they wanted

Pros: Having great shifts
Cons: No growth

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt so much in my previous company and most importantly to be able to work under pressure such as deadlines,balancing of stock,working on holidays(festive season),working with different characters of fellow employees and costomers also enjoying doing my job as well

Pros: Challenging job
Cons: Yes long working hours and dyes
