Excellent learning curve

During the six years working at checkers southgate was very challenging.i have learned a lot from my colleagues same as them learning from them checkers have mostly grown up employees whom did not finish high school or learn anything about computers .Ive been a pretty much of a tool in my branch as Ive helped them with the basics of computers whilest teaching them about checkers sytem.i must say that some of the management benefited from my skills.Ive also learned respect and how things were done in the past in the company. Im glad to have this magnificent chapter of my life. I am very optimistic that My application will meet the your favourable consideration as im sure to move on to a new challenging stage of My life.

Pros: Great working relationship.I enjoyed my job even due to low salary because i excelled in my job.
Cons: No great opportunity for promotion as ive done the same jobs for six years.

It has been all great working at Checkers as Ive learned a lot from the staff and management.Checkers is a company which got many grown ups whos got no high education or knowledge of computers it has been a pleasure for me assisting with my computer skills. Ive learned respect and profession during all this working period whilst ive also contributed some help as some of the duties ive done were not my job description. Ive worked patiently taking pride in my job but ive decide i now need a change a better salary and a new challenge.

It have had a great working relationship with my colleagues and management.

It was great working at checkers for seven years as Ive learned a lot from the company. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and management.Shoprite Checkers is a company which consists of eldèry workers who have no high education and computer skills.workers are promoted on the performance they do on the current job whilst no computer training is provided.I have help a lot including management with my computer skills and the little qualifications I have so have i learned from the employees the culture of the company and experience. I need some new challenge it has become boring doing the same job for so many years for someone whos young and eager to chase her dreams.

Excellent learning

Working at shoprite checkers is on of the good opportunity to start your dream about your career and it also gives to a chance to know how to run a big company and also how to handle customer. The kind ilof management sometimes it can be hard but you can learn from them. Working at this company it helps you to meet a lot of different types of cultures and it also helps you to learn so African language because you'll be working with different types of people.

Practical

It was a good experience but chances were only given to favourites and no family responsibility leaves but I loved working there because it showed that I have the ability to work under pressure and to control my emotions no matter what comes my way i was always able to handle professionally

Pros: Less opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve.

I have learned a lot in the six years ive worked from my employers and colleagues so have they learned a lot from me.Checkers have many oldery workers who have no school qualification nor computer skills.Most of the manager's got promoted on their hard work labour but still no school qualification and computer skills.I must admit I have been great help to them with my little qualifications whilst they have also taught me more about the company's Cultures.

Pros: good working relationship with coworkers.
Cons: no great opportunity for promotion.
