Excellent in attention to detail

Would like to state that I have worked my last job with Multichoice for over 3 years where I have done it all in being a agent to ending up a team leader where we worked on multiple systems from agent desktop to freshdesk. My Cv will speak for itself.

My outlook on work and the need to suceed

IBeing unemployed makes me realise how much i crave the ability to suceed through hard work, endless pressure and dedication over and above expectations. And be alonside colleagues, all looking in the same direction toward the end goal

Pros: Vibrant environment, access to technical knowledge and devices
Cons: Much resources not properly utilized by managent
