First at the office, get started early, ensure customer’s expectations are at the very minimum met, always try to exceed, you are only as good as the perception of the last person you assisted, so be relentless in excellent customer service. Listen more than speaking will help you mostly. I enjoy challenges and take on tasks where others have tried and failed. Many of my challenging quests result in more customers asking for my assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.

Learned to work with labour law

the current company that i am working for is a workers union, its been a learning curve for since i have not worked closely with Labour Law. I enjoy handling cases in helping employees whose rights are violeted. i have learned a lot in Labour Law. The most challenging aspects is refering a case and it take forever to get a sitting or when we a refused to exercise organisational rights

Pros: in my field of work i have gained two promotions through my hard work
Cons: comfortable in working paid long hour
