I am doing management training to be Company employee skills developer and Assessor

I am currently doing training in company management staff for period of half year now from being an assistant branch manager in my previous post, In my previous post i was rendering the following services: banking, customer services, personnel management, sale growth, HR basics and staff shifts

Pros: yes very soon to get to new post
Cons: eight to nine hours a day

Cons: No time off, no annual leave for management
