When I was given a chance to be a Foreman, I'm second in command now.

Working underground is dangerous but in any area underground, you have to accept, as an artisan you are the last line of management you play a big role in ensuring safety of other employees. It's a very big company so there is challenge and pressure. People who are working there friendly but sometimes we fight job related that doesn't mean we are enemies, but for a job to move sometimes that has to happen. These day we are struggling because of shortage of material and that is a problem, we always have to make a plan to do job. It's a place that anyone can enjoy working at. I've learned a lot like working under pressure, also to receive pressure from management and be able to make other employees understand the situation.

Breaking boundries for young women

I believe growth goes hand in hand with gathering experience I have grown so drastically in this mining company to positions where females are limited or even restricted. I managed to break grounds and even open up doors and opportunities where I identified gaps in the current systems that were utilized by the company in ensuring that the social labour plan is suitable for the company and also the communities and the department of minerals and resources. I am a hard working person who is a young dynamite hungry for instilling change. I relate easily with people because I'm outspoken and the role I play in the company is all about engaging with people and being able to have an eye for potential and talent. I have a very compassionate heart and I always try my best to assist people before I can declare that I failed. I have a strong will of working together with others to achieving a set goal

Work according to standards and good communication skills

Work to finish the task and good team work.able to work under pressure to make the unit or plant running.good communication skills with suppervisors and co workers.able to work overtime if required to do so and work according to standard and in a safe manner.before given any task i make sure permit to work is conducted and lock out procedures.

In the years I have been working i acted on a supervisory position.

In the years I have been working i acted on a supervisory position and also circulate from payroll snr and jnr department to tax, 3rd party and garnishment department. I enjoy team work and workshops.
