Excellent Learning Curve

Great place to work at Great learning experience. Positive working environment Coworkers are cool people. All is well Working in mining is a dream for us all, getting a job here assures one of stability especially if it is permanent. Keeping a job in lining is also a challenge because retrenchments are also a thing to be aware of. However while still there, growth is key .

Pros: Excellent chances of promotions
Cons: Very long list to get promoted

It has been an excellent learning curve

It has been a learning curve working at Sibanye because I have encountered a lot of challenges and and found a way to overcome them. Challenges resulting from the work itself and from supervisor and my subordinates. My job involves a lot of working hours.

Pros: A lot of opportunities for promotion
Cons: Long working ours
