I am doining wages on VIP, Salaries on VIP and all other Office duties

Dailly i am capturing wages on VIP System , filling , answering phone calls and all other office admin as well dealing with employees monthly payroll quiries adn distributing of payslips. I learn on how to communicate with many difference peolple with diferrent problems i enjoy to sort alll theie quirie make them 100% happy with their incom per month . There is a lot of challenges at my job you know like when i receceved all time book late so i need to work fast as much as i can in order to push all work done in a certain time

Pros: My great oppotunity at this job was strted when empyeed by this company working on my own at the office but now we are many since i started it was only me and my employer so i learn a lot to this company
Cons: only the reson why i am looking for another job is just because my kids are getting older and ineed much more money including benefits

Lot of experienced to gain

Good labor management, team building and working together with co- workers. I have and u will gain more experience in all silvicultural operations especial during fire season. To be a supervisor is challenging but its giving more experience and more details on each operation and also to work with all level of employees.

Pros: exposure to other companies
Cons: normal working hours
