Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot about construction company even though I had an understanding of construction projects because I was working at the municipality in the finance department dealing with contracts I have good relationship with fellow employees another thing thats helps me is it is not my first time to be at work. I understand human behaviour very well and I have very good communication skills and report writing skills. Since form high school level I have been assisting other scholars at matric level and at the university I was a tutor of Accounting and a marker and now I am a senior bookkeeper where I am working.

Pros: I can be a good asset to the company
Cons: Long working hours
