Demanding high pressured environment and extensive travelling and meetings

Typical day includes daily new business development, strategy development and implementation and travelling. I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We work as a team to solve problems and learn new skills to reach our team objectives. I made some good friends, who today can vouch for me on a professional basis. My new job has exposed me to the dynamics of various industries which allowed me to learn and generate ideas as a contribution to the success of the company establishment. Challenging aspects has been marketing penetration entering existing markets which compelled the business to choose niche markets. Enjoying most the freedom to take initiatives explore new possibilities.

Pros: Exposure to the full business and prospects of personal growth.
Cons: Extra demanding and exhausting at times.

Opportunity to apply my experience and my qualification while learning and exploring new spaces

My typical day starts with a previous day's review to give feedback to staff and clients. Update daily statistics and general information on intranet. Once I have settled I proceed with the day's current tasks according to daily plan working around deadlines prioritizing urgent and important tasks. My relationship with co-workers is a very good relationship through clear and honest communication based on respecting each other and support. I am an easy person to work with, avoid unnecessary conflicts. I have learnt that being a patient listener and being tolerant of each other in a diverse workplace allows create a conducive environment and improve team work. I mostly enjoy daily interaction with clients doing sales pitch/presentation on new products and reaching targets. The most challenging aspects have been to achieve stretched when its off season of a particular product/product line given the rate growth of our economy.

Cons: Constraints of being under staffed
