Augmented with lots of learning in senior role

Great relationship with subordinates and have learnt a lot from my colleagues and seniority. Challenges of the dailies and most they caliber of the people on the ground to train and ensure they are aligned with company standards and vision tend to be very challenging. I oversee all functions in the mine to ensure we are still aligned as per mandated shareholding and employees are safe at all times. Ensuring all goals are achieved as per targets by statistically comparison on a daily basis and advice the team accordingly as a head of the mine. Driving short and long term company strategies.

Quality Management Daily Activities

Conduction internal audits, systems compliance, analysis, conducting tests, managing the Quality management System. Very good relationship with co-workers and inter departments. I have learned how to assure that ISO 9001 principles are implemented, policies are reviewed, updated and employees are trained. dealing with customers on a daily basis, conduct logistic operations, analysing raw material. I enjoy the fact that in this industry nothing is stable, there is always a different challenge on a daily basis. The most challenging aspect of my job is, making production understand the value of quality instead of focusing on production.

Im a fast learner on learning

im thulani mdlovu looking for a job with no exprience as an artisan but im ready to give back what i have learned during my training,any amount will suite me i wont have any problem

Pros: I used to get promotion because i do my job with respect an i do it on given time
Cons: i can work as much the employer request me to work
