Company helped me to further my studies

Will start with the daily safety tool box talk Plan and organise the days work Do inspection and go to plant with co-workers to ensure that the planning of the work fall inline with what must be done for the day, or if plans must be changed. I allways speak to my team and ensure them that if they have a problem they can come to my office and I can help to solve there problem, even if it is private issues. My My believe is that your team must trust you There will be times that the team knows better on how to fix a problem, that is why I allways listen to them before I make a final decission if there is a problem on the plant. I do have good comunication skills and can slot in easely with management team

Excellens benefits

Great company with excellent benefit. Good relationship amongst workers Well being / safety of employees a priority. Working conditions strenuous. Communication between workers and executive needs improvement.
