It is a learning curve.

An okay company. Its great for someone starting off in the industry. The re isnt much room for growth. Company needs to look at better communication within company . Needs to treat their employees with more consideration.

Pros: Great for starting off. Perfect for getting experience.
Cons: Lots of work with short completion time. Low pay

Excellent design techniques

- Very few staff - Nice working environment - Some managers are racist and biased - Salary increase never goes above 4% even when your performance is at it highest - They push employers out when they feel they don’t need or want them

Pros: Great co-workers
Cons: Mangers don’t really have good managing skills

Train yourself

company must have a vision for the staff and help them grow. i have learn't to work and get the work done growing the respect and understanding of the other employees style of work and how to communicate what you need to be done.

Pros: Fast pace and work with the season
Cons: no growth
