We get salary increase every year percentage between 5 &7

Silveray is good company to work for, I work with a good team, and I enjoy working for the company and I have grown since I have been with the company because I started as a debtors clerk and got promotion in April 2012 to be a bookkeeper, the only problem is the promotion does not come with money , is only a move for responsibility of which I didn't have problem because I wanted to grow, even though it is now affecting me,because financially there's no growth at all, but it is a good company to work for, just that in reality as a person you won't have progress in life

Pros: It's a great company for promotion,growth except that they don't pay well,like other companies
Cons: I work from 8 to 16:00, only work till late when is month end as we become very busy,
