I Sibonelo Mkhwanazi Have worked SIMBA (PTY) LTD located in Kwa-Zulu Natal Empangeni for 5 years(the first three years as an agent and then as a permanent employee) During my time at SIMBA i enjoyed my work and it was a good company, I've enjoyed working with my fellow colleague's at that time I had no disputes or disagreements with my colleagues and employer's I was in good term's with my manager's and we had a good understanding towards each other I have learnt a alot about sale's in my department and how to keep a product selling I enjoyed communicating with my customers and also inspiring them about our product's The most challenging part about my job was locating some my customers while delivering stock

Pros: I was expecting to work towards a permanent position
Cons: I did not entertain fellow workers getting into unnecessary arguements

I gained good understanding of customer care and service,and mangement skill.

Simba is one of the big businesses in SA, it has formulated policies which protect the integrity of its customers and employees. respect is a major in their code of conduct, diversity and inclusion is also part of the business ethic. the business environment is acceptable to both customers and employees, employees are kept informed about where the business is heading and the operation plan of the business.

Pros: Great oppotunities
Cons: low salary increament
