Good communication skill, attention to details, not afraid to be corrected and learn
Monday mornings becomes hectic as it the most critical in terms of finalising the week's work and reverting to head office. I also have a great relationship with co-workers to an extend that they feel that I am approachable. I have learnt that meeting deadlines is an important task and also understanding the role am at. I also love it when I get a well-done/ word note from time to time as it motivates me in doing more and it gives me the assurance that I am doing well in my role. In my current role I multitask as the function of my role requires focus, even though it is challenging, I have found a way of planning my day and prioritising on all the tasks for the day.
Pros: Relieved in most branches for self advance
Cons: I am able to work under preasure and also available as the business requires my servise

Fast pace world of sales, flexible, quick thinking, innovatative and work long hours
In sales support you need to be people orientated, patient, innovative, customer centric and deadline driven. Each day is different to the next or the previous and flexibility is a must yet a day to day plan is vitally important so you stay on track and not miss your weekly and monthly KPI's. Most interesting part is coming up with new innovative ways of getting work done, you learn something new everyday. in each region the sales support teams are very close and assistance where you require is readily available. The most challenging part is at the beginning of the month were monthly reports and KPI's are submitted but at the same time supporting the sales team should always be the focus and priority and at times that possesses challenge if one doesn't priorities properly. Reporting to Sales support and Operation is a challenge as each department has its own KPI's and the deadline most of the time clash.
Pros: International company, assistance is alway readily availible,
Cons: growth to the next level or promotion is very difficult and almost impossible due to level difference and policy related to levels

Currently working as a regional admin manager at my current employer. I'm comfortable with traveling as my current job also requires a lot of traveling. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and my subordinates. I did Great Peoples Manage and Coaching Manager internal courses and they have developed and sharpened my managerial skills a lot. I enjoy working with people and learning new things.
