The African job experience has given me a wealth of imeasurable perception of life.

I have vast experience cutting accross all Domains in a variety of management and technical positions.I have managed and controlled all kinds of personnel and have in the process learnt invaluable life experiences.I have worked and thrived in High Pressure environments with unequaled dedication and commitment. The rewards were satisfactory and fullfiling.

Pros: Interaction and engagement with a variety of Profesionals ensures continuous improvement and self evaluation.The challenge in the African work environment has always been the Human Element,wherein most workers are Unionised and sometimes tend to stretch the Worker Rights.
Cons: Long working hours are part of the work culture in Projects.Completion of Projects ahead of time withon costs is the main satisfaction.
