A typical work day is providing internet services as means of my work, typing what is demanded by the customer, making sure all the computers are running well, providing customers a means of faxing, making sure the place is clean. There is only one employee,. I learnt how to fax, print, type, installing computers, using Microsoft and other programs, talking to customers well , I enjoy seeing customers get what they want ,.learning knew things, seeing work get done on time. The most challenging part of the job is getting all the work done with so many customers wanting what they came for. learning knew ways to solve problems .

long working hours as well as serving the consumers needs such as internet services, typing etc. making sure every consumer gets what they came for.. I have learnt skills such as typing, using the internet, faxing, and computer installing. I enjoy when the consumers get what they came for. The challenging thing is a lot of work with so little time.
