The work culture is very diverse and because of this I am faced with very interesting challenges. The company provide plenty of room to develop my professional career. The company has broaden my knowledge and experience. Every day in the company present a new opportunity to learn, which also brings new experiences.

Excellent opportunity

A typical work day for me started of by people from night shift already waiting at my door in need of assistance. The whole mine counted on me to keep their vehicles road worthy, up to the mine standards and their end user information up to date. I've learned to do or help may people at once not making my customers wait and giving feedback as soon as possible.It felt very good to be able to quickly sort out the issues that sections had with their vehicles though it was very challenging when the issue was above my pay grade and not my decision to make.

Pros: I got exposed to the whole Structure of the Mine
Cons: Responsibility was meant for more then 1 person
