Mxolisi

I have six years of professional experience in an administrative capacity, receiving both telephonic and e-mailed complaints, logging them on the system and resolving those which I can immediately. Working with specific internal coordinators allows me ample time to escalate some those complaints to their environments and later resolve them according to time frames. I want to bring the knowledge and insight gained through these various experiences to your Office.

Working experience

I currently working as System administrator for the past five, my job description configuring, administering VMware 6.5 environment and supporting quest OS(windows server 2003, 2008 and 2012), hyperV environment and standard alone server. I have experience supporting HP and Dell hardware. I worked as solution design and project management for different project. I'm also study to improve my knowledge in IT industry. I believe working as team, learn everyday and used to understand how to share ideas.

Pros: I enjoy working for company with future development for its Employee and providing all opprtunities available to employee.
Cons: I don't mind working long hours, I used to overtime as long ip good courses for the company or benefits to company.

Adabas Natural programs for dept of higher education

Develop and maintain adabas natural programs for the dept of Higher Education. There are about 1000 programs and it is very nice to work closely together with the clients. Restricted to 8 hours per day. The most challenging aspect is to find out exactly what the client require and to adapt the applicable programs as soon as possible.

Pros: It is very nice to work closely with the clients.
Cons: It is not nice work from a remote location (SITA) from the client.

Great Learning Curve

The environment its most welcoming, and a great learning curve for someone who is starting off in this field of IT Security. The most challenging aspect of this company is with the complexity of how everything is structured, how the architect of the entire enterprise is structured. i must say the team i am working with they are challenging and i have learnt a great deal from them
