It's been a roller coaster type of working experience with opportunities to grow.
Due to the volatility of the organization because of the country's political landscape, it's quite a challenging experience to work for the organization. There is frequent leadership changes which impact on the stability of the organization. On the other side the organization offers an opportunity to grow as a person academically and otherwise since change is inevitable. There is always something new to learn from the changes the organization experiences.

Management and Project Accounting duties on a daily business. Consulting with Line managers. Advise on financial status and transactions. Correction of GL. project costing reporting and budgeting. Good relationship with co-workers. I learned that hard work pays. What I enjoy the most is to show a profit at month end. Most challenging is to consult with non financial managers.

IT specialist and acting team leader
Well,I actually based on client site of which I enjoy both organisations.How I define myself is determined by how people react towards me,like currently I am an acting team leader,I have relationship with my colleagues,clients and management.I believe that is either one is born with it or not.I am on second line support,administering and monitoring servers operations.The most challenging aspect is when I realize that some people are just never born for team playing.I still have an amazing relationship with the interns from my previous employers because I have always enjoyed transferring skills to the inexperienced.Whether I do good or bad,I am still going to be judged by my deeds so I always to be good because I got nothing to lose when assisting others.
