Great leaning opportunity

My daily duties is to answer incoming call and log calls on ITSM , and I function well in a team, and what i enjoy the most is learning of a new problem everyday that requires me to think of new possible solutions

Pros: Great starting point to an IT Career
Cons: limited opportunities for promotion

Learned a lot

Dealing with customers daily, had a good working relationship with my co workers from different departments. I have learned to be patient as possible as people are different. I have learned how to be professional and I have passion for my job and can work under pressure.
