I am a highly self motivated man that knows what I want and gets the job done.

Work day, various challenges, software support, fixing networks, meetings, project management. Rather difficult to point everything that happens everyday, never the same. Have a good relationship with fellow staff often asked for support on advisory, emotional (Pastor) issues. I do a lot of customer support with regards to software issues. I am in the Audiology software support side of the customer inter action. I have learnt much about the local law through compliance and infrastructure management as Compliance Ambassador for South Africa. I have learnt much of administration through Information Security to extent that I teach staff in training sessions about on topic. Enjoy inter action with all staff learning new things, we have diverse culture work together in this environment, many opinions are shared. I enjoy traveling internationally, I have to attend trainings on products and support. Most challenging thing about my job is customer satisfaction, includes software support & training.

Team player, great personality

Management position, little to no supervision, get along great with all the staff in my company, handle all Infrastructure related issues incl. ECC related. Compliance ambassador for SA for my company

Cons: Reached the top of where i am going, no promotional possibilities
