I have learnt to be responsible,budget,plan ahead.

It is nice because my workplace is a walking distance from where I stay and me and my co-workers get along very well.We work as a team and if someone is slacking we pick them up and go.I have learnt that all jobs are vital irrespective of the educational requirements and I have learnt that its always good to appreciate the little things you have because some people have none and value them.The most challenging is dealing with stubborn people having to put them in line.

Pros: walking distance to work
Cons: There are users in this company.Lots of racism and unnecessary monitoring and threats.You are always made to feel inferior if you belong to a different race to the owner and scoulded unnecessarily.Its a small company so you can't find its branches easily.It has sites which are far apart in terms of municipality.It sites in Durban and Northern KwaZulu-Natal only,nowhere else.They are always disorganized and dishonest about their schedules.They are always short of staff but unwilling to hire also.Make you work overtime and not pay them until you complain and even rob you of your normal working days.If you are still new you are always guarded like you are a criminal and some co-workers don't know their place.They act superior whilst they are just like everybody else.
