I work at a mechanical engineering company

working at a company like siyahamba is quit challenging and interesting as i get to meet different clients such as executives or directors of different rail companies and supliers. each day is a chalenge as calls come in every time and i have to be cpourteous and proffesional in every manner.the company has dofferent departments so i learn different things everyday especially in human resources, supply chain quality and the engineering field , mostly is exciting as i interact with different people and a typical day would be dealing with clients calling to make orders and schedulling of meetings i have to book and prepare the boardroom make sure all is well in accomodating the clients, make appointments, book for meetings and interviews. mostly i enjoy working in my offices its spacious and different clients and supliers coming in everyday, booking meetings meeting international clients and learning about the rail industry.

We usually work on capacity, actually it was not a one man job

Thour company make turn over of more than or close to 100milions. etheuoiiiur company wasking turn oour comp was the best when comes to pay their employer, the lowerst rating was earning 60per hour

Work dedicated with good interpersonal skills

as a striving professional, working in an organisation is challenging and it requires dedication, skill and the ability to focus on the job required. being courteous, well groomed are the most crucial skills necessary in being a good working individual. in any day have to deal with and meet new people is a good way of knowing and learning about the everyday functions and purposes of the company as clients need to be well treated in any organisation because they bring business to the company and evey employee including management needs to be work dedicated to invrease productivity.
