Excellent learning curve

I work as an Administrator/ Receptionist at a TB Hospital and i work closely with the clinicians and patients. Ever since i started working here i have learned to multitask; *Answer the phone and transfer them *Book boardrooms and take messages *Receive emails and reply/forward *Assist visitors with patient information *Assist Dr.s with printing out results *Follow up on discharged patients and remind them to come for check up *Capture scripts *Order stationary *Problem solving I have had challenges of dealing with angry family members of deceased patients, I had to console them by living work late and assist with calling the meter taxi to fetch them. It has thought me to be strong on behalf of someone. I keep leaning different things each and every day which i enjoy and look forward to.

Pros: Keeping clients happy and acknowledging patients needs
Cons: Forgetting to wear a respirator when assisting patients

Excellent learning skills

From the first week of my training there I've received many compliments from customers telling me that they have never been served so nice since they are coming so often there, even one of the managers were there listening to what the customers were saying but of course no one was interested about my services since they acused me of inappropriate for their business. I felt treated with disrespect and most of all used only for their busy period as long there were staff coming over after their holidays and of course they needed hours for them and had to get rid of me in this horible way even if I a permanent contract from the beggining. I would never recommend this place to work for as there is no respect for no one, especially if you are an immigrant.

Excellent

Experience driving and working in groups so in other words the experience of working there opened my eyes for greater opportunity out there for me,i also improved my general worker experience some more even though I resigned from the company due to maltreatment from the administration people
