Good communication skills

in the morning, I'd go underground where id do site visits and site audits. i'll have toolbox talks with crew members, look at our machines that we use. look at working conditions and surroundings. rock formations and if it will endanger our crews. constant training and housekeeping talks on workplaces. return to surface from underground and write out reports on what I've observed during the day. communicate my report with line supervisors and management

Excellent co-worker

Working for sjdrilling was the best time,co-workers are friendly and adhering to company laws.the company is treated its wokers in a good and humble way.only the Mine Oversea was the problem he run the shaft on his own way did not ad her to mining laws and safety.working us long ours without any compansasion.treated us as not workers but slaves

Very experinced gaining. New field of safety. Exploration drilling. New systems implemented. Mindset change for supervisors and site manager to get into the MHSAct and OSHAct requirements.

Pros: Gaining knowledge of surface exploration drilling.
Cons: Away from home too long and may not relocate althoygh I am willing to do so.

Gain more experience in many machinery.

I get to learn more on how different mining machinery operates within the workplace, able to solve problems by raising up solutions to get the job done.

Pros: Gain experience eveyday

I'm a hard working employee with good leadership skills and i have more than ten years experience working underground,I'm a person who is always willing to work under any circumstances.my experience will be a bonus to any company that will employ me.

Pros: Promotion is inspired by hardwork
Cons: The longest hours that i worked for this company is 10hrs
