Well structured working environment

Working at Skyfi internet solutions has given me a vast range of experiences especially with dealing with customers of all calibres. I have gained a great deal of knlwledge on technical support. I enjoy working for Skyfi and always looking to better myself anf take my skills further on. On a daily basis i deal with people of different races and characters. I get a long well with my co workers and we have built a relationship based on helping each other and supporting each other when faced with difficult times. What i enjoy most is facing challenges everyday even though my tasks are similar on a daily basis i face different challenges daily and that makes my job more interesting. What challenges me the most is internet downtime and changes in frequencies.

Cons: Working long hours

Good learning experience

I have learned alot at this job and now have 2years experience in it support technical work and also have onsite field experience as a technician that installs clients dishes,routers,POe box,LAN cables,extenders etc

Excellent Learning curve

My time as a First Line Support Technician has taught me to cope under pressure, to interact effectively with others and be a team player. It has been a great learning curve. I supported and assisted clients telephonically and remotely. I've learned to be patient and remain calm at all situations. The most challenging part about the job was dealing with difficult clients but I learned to deal with such clients in a professional manner.

Pros: Great opportunity for entry level position.
Cons: Working on weekends.

Excellent Learning Curve

My experience with Skyfi Internet Solution has prepared me with menting/resolving support tickets, installing/repairing/upgrading equipment and peripherals, and creating mailboxes and accounts while ensuring optimal system functionality and minimizing downtime. Equipping users with the training and knowledge to utilize technological programs and tools to their maximum potential. Achieving extensive knowledge in equipment operation, systems support, and logistical oversight to facilitate organizational success Demonstrating superior organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Cons: less chances of promotion

Good learning curve

Great location Environment is good and the people are good I enjoyed that i have learnt to be independent and learn new things in the accounting industry and also the internet provider industry
