Excellent learning curve

A friendly workplace, what I enjoy mostly about our work place is how our management treat employees. the experience I acquired while supervising at site, the respect I got from the staff was amazing. Building the relationship have built with new clients and strengthen relationship with old ones is part of my abilities.

Change of working environment

As an Account Manager, one cannot really plan your day due to day to day problems that arise. This is one of the reason I am at the office at 06h30 in the morning. All customers want attention and that is what really drives me, I can assist when needed. I have a good relationship with my peers, they are like family. We are a strong team with years of Account Managing experience. I have grown in the company and learnt to respect each other and to enjoy what you do. Building relationships with your customers. I enjoy visiting my clients on a daily basis, building the relationship, getting more business from clients. Dealing with irate clients and changing a negative into a positive.
