Was a great learning opportunity

The success of a company depends purely on the people that are entrusted into achieving its goals. Being constantly involved in businesses throughout my life, I understand the concept of a business, the importance of profit and the fact that every action has its respective reaction. I realise that motivation is imperative to both my personal success and that of those who have employed me to represent them. I am confident of my ability yet humble enough to know that even my most calculated decisions might be incorrect. I am thorough in my approach and give off my best at every level required of me and beyond. My academic successes in business studies and technical experience coupled with my social abilities, have equipped me to handle almost any situation that I may be presented with in these fields. I feel that all of these, along with a burning desire to be the best, could only be an asset to any organisation.

Excellent working conditions and learning

I would describe my typical workday as busy but manageable with a friendly and respectable relationship with my co-workers. I have leanred way too much to mention and i enjoy every aspect of my job

Pros: Great working hours and Colleagues and I'm always learning
Cons: Not a lot of room for growth due to it being a small company

Very exiting and good learning curve. Dealing with different things on a daily basis.

The ocompany have a family oriented culture. Everyone is very supportive of each other including Management. Every dat is unique day with different challenges. That makes for a very good learing curve.riented culture

Pros: Great being part of the Family that supports, motivates each other. Every day is very unique, an exiting learning curve.
Cons: Have reached a celling in terms of growth.
