Strong ability

I am interested in this position, I have matric. I have strong admin, computer and communication skills. I have working experience from Fidelity Security Head Office and working experience from Smada Head Office. From these two companies I have gained the following experience: Inbound and Outbound (receiving calls from clients, transfer to the right department or employee, or assist the client over the phone using the system and phoning clients and employees), Admin (filing, taking messages etc), Computer (fast typing, data capturing, outlook and access), Fleet Management, Listener Lite (alarm dispatching), Online Intelligence (Loading information on the system), I am friendly, reliable, trustworthy,organised, hard worker, problem solver, energetic, well-motivated, well-presentable, fast learner and I like learning new things. Experiences gained.

My day at the office is base on collective collaboration in order for job to be done. My relationship with my co-worker is always professional ,polite and friendly even in situations whereby I am the senior and at times need to be assertive.I have learnt to work well under pressure and act immediately and in a professional manner.I have also learnt to be able to multi task.I enjoy being helpful and meeting the clients needs and satisfaction.At times I have to work alone but that has improved many of my skills as I can now functional well individually and as part of a team.

Learnt alot of skill however need more growth

Highly focused individual that is currently studying Bcom Management Accounting degree at Unisa. She is a systematic, methodical and process driven individual, however flexible within guidelines, now seeking a new career opportunity with an established company that rewards performance and offers scope for growth.
