It was a learning curve
You always on the road from one province to the other servicing clients, hold meetings one after the other, it was hectic and your excellent performance was thus expected to be sky roof. My relationship with my co-workers was excellent and on top of everything, they became a reason to go to work everyday. Although i wasn't paid accordingly but i have learned a lot, the skills i posses they came out of this treatment. I always enjoyed to be around my co-workers and staff i was responsible. The most challenging aspect of my job was that you were expected to do many things within the short space of time.

Excellent kearning curve
normal day to day confirmation of benefits and claims queries relationship is professional i have learnt to maintain relationship with clients and service providers i enjoy solving queries difficult members
