Smiths Medical is a great people company. The company will invest in us as personnel on training to achieve our goals. Also target driven where we have to work hard to achieve the monthly goals. Very focussed on the vision and mission, which entails customer satisfaction. A typical day in my department will be a lot of interaction with customers external and internal. The receiving of containers, capturing inventory to the ERP system. Picking and packing, stock counts, KPI's and ensuring the staff follows the standard operating procedures (SOP's). My department was globalized that aloud me to connect with our international employees, like the US, Europe and Great Britain
