Experienced Accountant

I hold a B.Com Accounting degree and I am currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Tax. I 3 years procurement exposure and 7 years’ financial experience acquired in both private and public institutions. Should my application be successful I’ll add value to the institution by: process improvements, ensuring effective and efficient department, development of colleagues, contribution towards achievement of departmental objectives and constant unqualified audit reports.

Challenging and interesting

My work as based on preparations of equipment and samples an hour before practical for junior students,also assisting them on how they can use machines such as absobance,centrifuge and XRF.

Pros: Great opportunity for gaining experience
Cons: Eight hours /normal Woking hours

The experience of being there enabled me to have great interpersonal skills

I used to work in the lab as a tutor /demonstrator and that taught me how to interact with other people, and also how to take charge of the environment and be able to teach 100 students or more with them having to understand me and follow my instructions. It taught me how to take responsibility and also how to lead many people of different race and age.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: A lot of scripts to mark
