Typical work day is to meet all deadlines and to insure all data captured for the day is accurate and correct. Make sure you communicate with co-workers and that everyone knows what is exspecter from them. Learnt to be patient in the workplace. Enjoy to meet all deadlines and if management show appreciation by just a thank you. Challenging aspecects is to time manage all tasks and meet deadlines very driven and dont like to make mistakes hard on myself and wuick learner.

Challenging

When I initially joined the company, I was hired to manage the groups social media platforms and oversee the management of the individual stores’ social media pages. After about a year of doing this, I was thrusted into the role of shadowing my supervisor in the Operations and Franchise management role. This was something I thought I could never do, but through patience and the support of my colleagues, I prospered. I have since been exposed to more challenges that have forced me to get out of my comfort zone and swim. And honestly, I have enjoyed every minute of it and it wouldn’t have been possible without the constant support from my supervisor and colleagues.

Pros: Opportunity to deal with different kinds of minds
Cons: Very little opportunity for growth within the company
