Excellent learning curve

I like my job because I get to meet different people every day and face ne challenge every week. I normally check my CRM system in the morning to see if I have got new Brakedowns, new dispatch call out, new installations, new follow ups, and to if there's a urgent client to call. My colleagues are very supportive especially when im in site they always give me what I ask for on time like check for me if I require some information about the certain client on the crm while on site and help me with the Quality checks as well and all friendly and out going. by doing this job I learn a lot especially in communicating with the client on the regular basis and able to adjust to mood and pressures and that is something I enjoy the most. The most challenging aspects is to have urgent brakedowns at the same time and to have the pressures of the sales representative while im having my own.

I have learned how to develop a good relations with my customers

Techical suppport. A good client relations development skills. To make sure that we meet all the requirements according to the SLA. but the most challenging part of my job is to deal with angry client and try to calm them down and convince them to still use our service.
