Excellent learning curve.

Senior engineers go out of their ways to ensure that I have exposure to every aspect of the business operations as well as give me as much opportunity as possible to gain technical skills and work closely with the engineering team. The staff is friendly and forthcoming, information is shared and not hoarded by workers who have been here the longest. I feel like I'm a valued member of the team even with my very limited experience in the company and the workplace since I am a graduate straight from university. I enjoy working on new projects and delivering high quality products to the client at all times. I have learned to always challenge myself and not back down on anything, anything the client request we will supply, from high-end, advanced technology laboratory equipment to custom design toilet paper holder, anything can be designed and I should always keep my mind open to learning new things.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth, both professionally and in terms of gaining technical skills.
Cons: The coffee is not exactly top range sometimes ;)

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot on my own in the last 3 years as I was thrown in the deep end when I started in December 2013. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and get along well with everyone.

Pros: Great place to find your feet on your own
Cons: Financial issues
