New company with unhealthy personnel structure. No clear responsibilities defined. Only few selective client contracts in place. Top Management involvement not committed into systems. Minimum senior management appointees with multiple responsibilities and responsibilities not clearly defined. Non-supportive and inadequate structure for SHEQ discipline and compliance monitoring.

Strange company to work for

Normal like in any explosives company. From the start rules are not what a typical company I have worked for is.No current business. We have to get own customers which is not a problem. Nice challenge

Good learning curve

Solar is a good company. However, they don't offer permanent positions and proper benefits to their employees. There's no much room for growth and people living with different abilities are not taken seriously. They are a EE companyees
