Great work environment, excellent start to career

Excellent work environment especially during times of tension and hectic work periods. Relationship with co-workers is excellent, they are open to giving advice both work and personal. I have learnt customer relations, tender related work, costing and payback analysis. I enjoy learning new things and expanding my knowledge in my discipline. The most challenging part of the job is keeping up with the workload in times of high demand.

Excellent experience and great opportunities

I’m currently working at Solareff as a Project/Construction manager and I have been tasked to convert 60 TOTAL petrol stations to solar. I have up to date overseen the successful completion of 23 sites, taking ownership of the technical aspects, budgetary requirements, stakeholder relationship and construction management by ensuring the project is completed in line with the client’s requirements. I’ve finished my National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and I am currently studying towards my Btech Degree. I’m currently looking to diversify my experience and I believe I will be an asset to your team based on my experience gained and educational background.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: No increase in salary
