Pros: Different enviroment from a Dealership
Cons: Traffic congestion to Sandton

Bad learning curve

Working at S.D is not worth it.But I'm enjoying working with my team. We work like slave but earning peanuts. My supervisor is very helpful but my factory manager is a monster . As a QC I'm learning a lot,but there is nothing that is keeping me there. Since I've started working there I've never see any company that still oppressing workers like the one I'm with now. Every now and then we are told they don't want to hear our views. It is very annoying working there.

Pros: It is not easy to get promoted if you are black .
Cons: We work normal working hours
